Words are just words. You do not need trigger warnings for them. I can understand maybe for detailing a violent/sexual act or certain pictures, but certainly not anything like “stupid” or “crazy,” perhaps even “gay”. It just proves to me that you’re not only unfit for the Internet, you’re probably not even ready for daytime non-cable television or even going outside if you can’t handle lone words, whether they’re intended to be offensive or not. Seriously, the Internet is home to things way worse than words commonly spoken by 5 year-olds. Gore sites, porn fucking everywhere, groups dedicated to hate for anything and everything. Whatever you can and can’t possibly imagine is on the Internet, only a few keystrokes from being accessed by anyone, anywhere. And guess what, I have problems and people made fun of me too. For years. You know what you do? You put on the adult pants and deal with it.

Fuck yes. I agree with this so hard. Same thing with people taking offence to certain “bad words” like cunt and nigger...
((Oh hey is this John Cleese? I’m pretty sure it is. ))
For every person saying “We are one!” and “we are interconnected” in that lightfaggy way, there’s at least 3 others...
